Eric Burgess
Eric has an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology. He is currently Registered Provisional Psychologist (P3225) with 15+ years of experience providing counselling supports to children, youth and adults with a variety of presenting issues including: Depression, Anxiety, stress, at-risk behaviours, ADHD, Autism, school issues, trauma, 2SLBGTQ+, multicultural issues and Learning Disabilities.
Areas of focus/specialties
Eric works with adults, teens, and parents. He has a special interest in providing counselling services to NEURODIVERSE populations.
He has a wealth of knowledge and personal/professional experience with child/adolescent/adult ADHD and associated comorbidities. He is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (CASDCS). He offers consultation, advocacy and emotional support to parents of children with disabilities and/or complex medical needs
