Born and raised in the beautiful province of Alberta, I’m a mother, wife, and animal lover with a deep passion for supporting others through life’s toughest challenges. From a young age, I’ve been driven by the desire to help people find healing, peace, and strength—especially during life’s most vulnerable moments.

As a mental health professional specializing in trauma, anxiety, and maternal mental health, I understand the unique struggles that many face, particularly those navigating pregnancy and the postpartum journey. I’m honored to be able to provide EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps individuals process and heal from past trauma and anxiety.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered, and I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they heal and transform their lives. Whether you’re dealing with the weight of trauma, anxiety, or postpartum challenges, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and compassion.

Areas of focus/specialties

I completed my Bachelor of Social Work in 2011 (University of Calgary) and continued to pursue my passion for counselling by completing my Master of Counselling Psychology (Gonzaga University) in 2014.
