Cindy Goldhawk
Whether you are a highly sensitive parent in sensory overload, exhausted from trying to balance ALL the things, grieving your life pre-baby, or struggling with birth trauma, anxiety or depression prenatally or in postpartum I am here to support you through to the other side. You were never meant to do it alone! Transitioning into and through the many stages of motherhood is not for the faint of heart and often requires a little support to help you to feel like yourself again.
As a mom’s well-being is GREATLY affected by the health and well-being of their children, I am thrilled to be able to support both mom and child. If your baby is struggling with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, accepting solid foods or sleep, or your child is having sensory, picky eating, toileting, or printing concerns I can help!
With lived experience of miscarriage and mood and anxiety disorders in postpartum I am no stranger to the challenges that come with becoming a mom. It is a BIG transition that involves changes in all areas of your life and requires compassionate and holistic support as you navigate it all. I believe in treating the whole person (body, mind, and spirit) and getting to the root of your current health concern for longer lasting results and well-being.
Result: My hope is that you will feel safe and supported throughout the therapy process and that you will leave stronger in mind, body, and spirit. You will be armed with tools and self-compassion that you can turn to in times of struggle.
