Life can be overwhelming. Sometimes people do not know how to manage their emotions, their symptoms (depressive, anxiety, overwhelm, overstimulation, etc.), and can be left feeling stuck without tools or skills to help them move forward. This feeling of being stuck can leave people feeling helpless and without hope.

I encourage a safe and respectful therapeutic environment that allows our relationship to help open new doors to personal insight. I work with the unique and individual experience of each client to help you understand what is keeping you stuck and help you uncover with tools are needed to move forward. I strive for an enlightening experience where you feel empowered on your journey of self discovery and healing by utilizing somatic-based learning.

Learning new skills and tools to critically apply to your life in the wake of hardship and in the midst of personal growth.
