Hailey understands that parenting can be overwhelming, especially when emotional regulation or behavioral challenges leave parents feeling disconnected and frustrated. Focusing on helping parents navigate these struggles, Hailey provides tools to manage emotions, improve parent-child relationships, and foster resilience within the family.

Hailey also supports clients facing grief and loss, offering compassionate guidance through difficult transitions. With her expertise, parents and individuals can find clarity, connection, and confidence as they work through life’s challenges.

Areas of focus/specialties

Hailey is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She is also a Counselling Therapist with The Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta. Hailey holds both a Master of Education: Counselling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Lethbridge. She has experience providing counselling services to children, adolescents and adults for a variety of concerns.

As we navigate through life we are presented with a variety of unique challenges, changes, and opportunities for growth. At times, clients may feel overwhelmed, uncertain of where to begin or how to reach their goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques with an emphasis on being person-centered and creating a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a welcoming, caring and non-judgemental environment where clients can explore their challenges and strengths. I aim to help clients feel heard and work towards solutions, growth, and change.
