Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, especially when faced with life's uncertainties. From becoming a new parent to experiencing the loss of a loved one, life is filled with challenges that can bring stress and overwhelm as we navigate changing dynamics and complicated situations.

I believe that we all possess the wisdom and strength to overcome difficulties and deserve to live authentically, finding peace and fulfillment in our lives. Sometimes, we just need a supportive, comfortable, and safe space to be heard and understood, along with practical tools to help us navigate those challenges.

I am committed to fostering a warm and welcoming environment where you feel respected, valued, and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore your unique journey, nurturing personal growth and resilience.

Your story matters, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you as you take this important step toward positive change. Let's grow together.

Therapeutic approaches and modalities

Client Focus: Individuals and teens

I draw upon a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Strength-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. Each of these approaches allows me to tailor our work together to best meet your unique needs, offering a holistic, individualized path for your growth and healing.

More than My Work

“We’re all just walking each other home” Ram Dass

When I’m not working, I enjoy being outdoors—hiking, biking, or just staying active. My son’s enthusiasm for the outdoors means my spouse and I are often exploring parks and going on adventures. In the colder months, I’m usually curled up with a heated blanket, binge-reading. I also enjoy coordinating DIY projects for my spouse (he’s always thrilled) and trying to keep my garden alive. I’m a fan of good coffee, good company, and a good belly laugh.
