Kate Brohat
At the center of my work is the belief that we all have an innate ability to heal and grow, with the recognition that each person’s needs are as individual as they are. Everyone deserves a space to be heard and understood, and I have the privilege of offering connection during some of life's most vulnerable experiences.
I utilize a holistic and person-centered approach which honors the individual's needs within the therapy process and prioritizes building secure therapeutic relationships. I strive to create a warm and authentic environment to collaboratively find an approach to therapy that aligns with each client's strengths, goals, and fosters empowerment.
