Rylee Beland
Accessing counselling support can be intimidating for various reasons including fear of judgment, stigma, vulnerability, past experiences, fear of the unknown, and more. Clients may be unsure of what to expect from therapy, what help it can offer, and what changes or experiences might occur as a result.
Throughout the therapeutic process I implement a holistic and client-centered approach to support the client’s individual experience and goals for counselling.
I believe in creating a safe, empathetic and affirming space for open communication and collaboration as I support the client on their journey towards growth and healing.
